Inspired by the traditional
architecture of the Slovincian Village, we have created a settlement of larch houses
made in historic half-timbered technology. For our Guests, we have prepared
several detached houses with an area of 49 m2 and a dozen or so
independent flats in three-apartment houses with areas ranging from 48 to 54 m2.
Each of the houses and flats has its own separate larch terrace, which is an
ideal place for gatherings, outdoor feasts and relaxing in nature.
Our
settlement of half-timbered houses built in the slow style is a unique
place by the Baltic Sea, located near Ustka, in the buffer zone of Slovincian National
Park. It is located on a clearing surrounded partly by forests and partly by
meadows, 1.5 km away from the noise of human settlements and civilisation, 1 km
away from sandy and intimate beaches and dunes, a few hundred metres away from
Lake Gardno, and a few dozen metres away from the international cycling route
EuroVelo 13.
It
is a perfect place for resting and re-energizing surrounded by nature, as well
